Way to generalize! Im very fit and happy w my workout routine. What ppl should do is find what works for them. A more individualized workout for ur own needs is the way to go. And u cant tell someone to go do squats or crunches etc, especially bc many ppl do them incorrectly!

I run everyday, and I'm doing Arnis two hours every other day, along with a workout yet I manage to come on everyday at night, or perhaps in the morning. I'm fit, but am on PimD a lot. Sure, I use a dock when I am practicing Arnis and I workout. For music though. Hell, I even use a thing that straps to my arm so my phone can play music when I run. And for the Starbucks thing, not every girl is rich and has the money to be buying 20 dollar cups of coffee everyday. I rarely get Starbucks and if I do, I'll get one of there Blueberry Muffins. You also need to eat healthy. You can't get fit if all you're doing is sculling down Starbucks and Mickey D's or whatever you Americans call it. If you want to get fit, 70% is diet and only 30% is exercise. So eating shit but exercising won't do much for you. Also, cardio and weight lifting are important. Those ss you just posted should be like a basic exercise, that you do when you're bored and have nothing better to do. Doing those exercise alone will never give you abs.
