  1. So I'm on a vacation right now with a group of people.
Apart from everything else, I've been noticing the surprisingly different ideas of holiday for everyone.
It depends mainly on age, gender and priorities. It also gets very frustrating at times unless you are extremely determined to make the most of it.

So post below your idea of a good vacation in a foreign country.
    Personally, I believe in spontaneity.

  2. Cool story...

  3. I'm into that sort of stuff 

  4. a mixture of warm, beautiful beaches to lay around in the morning/night on. And different sport activities for mid day. Water based preferable but mountain climbing, or trying that countries different sports that are not popular in uk. Would be my dream holiday ?

  5. Probably just walking around, wandering, and seeing all the unique things the place has to offer. Just relaxing stuff. I don't need to be rushing from one landmark to the next for the perfect picture to post on third party apps.

  6. Lots and lots of passionate, loving and intense sex

And A Very Enjoyable Scenery to wake up to

  7. Every idea sounds like a package in itself! But seriously, it's difficult to travel in a group

  8. I love exploring and seeing things when on holiday. I like to get the most out of the time I spend there. I'm not particularly bothered about sports activities, I just enjoy soaking up the culture, seeing the buildings, wildlife, scenery and landscapes. Always been the same regardless of my age.

I'm off to Indonesia next Friday, staying in Jakarta for 3 weeks with a week long tour of Sumatra in between. That includes 3 cities, worlds largest volcanic lake/crater, rainforest and sea. Can not wait!

  9. Where are you btw pal?

  10. I like to plan activities but at the same time leave room enough so that I can easily change up my plans-- which I often do anyway. Too much structure can actually become a drain and not enough (for me) kinda feels like a wasted trip

  11. I'm in Scotland at the moment. Good place but we are covering a lot in a very short time.

  12. Too much planning always turns out bad.
It's good to stay at a place for as long as you like and do whatever you like.

  13. Plenty if things to keep you entertained in Scotland though. Hiking, shopping, Glasgow was European capital of culture a few years ago, Edinburgh is a great city, then you've got old castle towns like Fort William etc. All within an hour or two of each other. Have fun!
