Support is all kinds of messed up anyways. Took me 3 ppl from support to clear up a rule for me. 2 of then were telling me dif. I didn't get answers til I told a mod I'd just start posting ss of emails in forums. He said no and he would talk to someone. Lmao next day community emailed me back. I can def say support is all kinds of messed up. ??
The newer support team is definitely of same quality of support even a year ago. And thats not a good thing .-.
I liked the Bruce guy from support. He listened to my email and explained the situation I had. He was great. The rest of them could get eaten by a Canadian moose for all I care
suppprt team.narely supported.me and answered , i had question i emailed like 10 emails and there answer was never clear
