We have a lot of good quality players coming through who are all late teens/early 20's so hopefully we'll be a lot stronger next time if they all develop. A front line of Barkley, Ox-Chamberlain, Wilshire, Sterling and Sturridge should be frightening in 4/6 years time. It's time Gerrard and Rooney are dropped! It's good we're out early though, saves us the heart break of penalties?
Rooney sucks right now. But none of the hyped up players have really showed their true colours yet. England will be good in the next World Cup, as you mentioned they have a lot of young players who have minimal experience, especially in regards to the World Cup. Same as you, Argentina should be scoring 4/5 tonight. Rooney has never been that great, look at other strikers for other nations then look at Rooney. He's missed 3 great chances in 2 games. If he scores at least 2 of those we're in pole position to qualify. Everyone's got a player who scores the vital goals but you can't rely on him to do that.
Croatia doesn't, we have Mandzukic, Olic or Modric all capable players we can rely on. Argentina should score 4 or 5, but if Messi plays half heartedly like last time, maybe not. Di Maria was outstanding tho Lol at Italy last night. Even though I'm Italian it was such a poor effort.

Most English people like Croatia for some reason. I think they're jealous . Have you seen Olic play in the bundesliga tho he's pretty . However Olic has gotten really old, he's in his 30's ?. Probably his last World Cup.
He's improved a lot since I first saw him, still think he's hit and miss. I'd love to have players as good as Modric and Rakitic in England squad and a striker like Mandzukic.
