  4. An active tutor must at least have the most recent item that is giftable on his/her showcase, since not all party for item drops. Also, check their wall; a wall with no recent wall posts may be inactive, but there are some who prefers to delete posts on their wall.

    Oh btw, try pickles' suggestion. 

  5. Look at their battle stats, wall activity, in a club or not, follow them and see if they follow back

  6. check awards. Follow them, check gifts, if they have new ones and showcase items
