Before a mod silences someone for their status, aren't they to be warned/have it cleared before being silenced? Or just jump straight to the silence even though the content was a tad disturbing to some but not against ToU or RoC to post, and had no bypasses? Lmao
It's not silenceable if it's not against the tou or roc. Maybe you or whoever was silenced just isn't familiar with everything in them.

A friend of mine had "Kiko is cool" on his status. the mod thought it was referring to the app and he got silenced

Okay. First of all, you can get forum banned for posting something against the tou. Second, fucked is censored, so you technically bypassed when you added that ed. And it might go against something else in the tou. I don't know. Bashing mods/ATA employees is also against tou. I don't think you need a warning; it's only 24 hours, so learn from your mistakes.
That's not true. I think android or certain other devices allow the ed at the end.. If it filtered fucked.. Would've filtered ed as well.
