I've noticed a lot of clubs get 80 on drops for cc and others get 20 another big problem to worry about

 

OP its just like 20 promposals  and also ATA up'ed the system against LBH meaning you'd have to hit a certain amount, the system randomly hands out the amounts. It does happen where someone wont get a drop but that isn't a glitch.

 

You need to go at small club. I found out that it us the only way. Avoid to be at bottom.

 

You still can be LBH even PimD already fix LBH issue. (whatever) You can get bigger chance to get the Promposal if you at small club. Or else, you just need to be T6 L2 BC

 

I had see low stat hit like 40 times, still no drop.
