Hacker (RP) Plot/Summary: It's a beautiful really—hacking. Some people call it an art, we call it a craft. You need the right tools and the right people for the job. Hacking is a craft that has to be trained and honed into perfection. Only some people are capable of doing this and only some won't buckle under the pressure. You're one of them. You've always been good with technology. Your hands always knew where to go, your fingers pressing the right buttons. You knew how to get off-limit games for free, watch movies that haven't been shown yet, and most importantly: hack into the accounts of other people on social sites. 'Iris' is a special organization that keeps the best hackers in the world. This organization is made up of only the best. They're neither good or bad, depending on you and your opinion. They're mission? It's simple. They hack into the computers, cellphones, ATMs, laptops, and gadgets of prominent and wealthy people all around the world. Why? To steal money and to dig around to find secrets. It's a craft, like I've said. You have to be good at it. It's called Iris for a reason: they hear everything, they see everything, they know everything. All conversations going around the world is scanned by them, every social site on the Internet is scanned by them. In Vending Machines do not escape their Hackers. They've been watching you and your progress. And now that you're older (age 14—25) they've decided it's time. Recently, the anonymous creator of Iris has sent out a program to his Hackers. He wants young people such as yourself, who have the ability to manipulate technology and electronics to be taken to one of the many secret facilities of Iris. There, you will be trained to become a world-class hacker. There you will learn to evade capture from the authorities and steal money and secrets from the rich and famous. And who knows, you might even uncover a secret to big to handle. • • • That's it! So listen up, this is how it will go: I will present a skeleton for you guys to fill in, and depending on the way you make your character profiles, I'll decide if you can join. At times, I will post settings or scenes, which will narrate what you will do or what is happening. To be fair, you guys can make your own little twists and turns, just wall me before you do it if it might affect others. Please don't God Mod or make perfect profiles. That won't be tolerated. Name: Keith Hacker Codename: Spyder_1231 Age: 16 Gender: Male Appearance: (no perfect profiles) Keith has auburn colored that is slightly gelled upwards. His eyes are a deep sea green that always have this mischievous sparkle in them. He's tall and slim, built like a knife—his feet quick and his hands even quicker. His skin is fair and he has some muscle. Personality: Keith's a natural joker. He loves to input sarcastic and witty quips now and then and even in the most serious situations, still has the time to grin. He loves to talk and he doesn't mind people getting mad at him. He's adventurous, always curious about 'what that button' does. Background: (optional) Keith grew up in a rich family household, but his father had left their family. He doesn't know that he's only actually adopted and that his mother is actually going bank rupt. Growing up, he was a pretty popular guy and his grades were good. He was into track and feild and dated here and there.
Name: Luke Hacker Codename: PercyJackson237 Age: 17 Gender: Male Appearance: (no perfect profiles) Luke has light bronze-caramel hair that's usually tousled and unkempt. His eyes are green, mossy and not really sea green. His skin is quite pale, almost like snow. He's tall and leanly muscular, with a smirk on his ready lips. He has prominent cheekbones and a firm jaw. Personality: Luke is really the go-to-guy. He seems as if he always has the answers and the right equipments. He's pretty friendly once you get to know him, but he's usually not that open about his past. He's rough around the edges, and can sometimes come off as cold and cynical, but that's only a facade he hides in. He's helpful when he has to be and will reluctantly give an open hand. Background: (optional) Luke was raised by his father with his two older brothers: Damon and Anubis. He has an innate distrust of women because of his absent mother and feminine figures in his life. He had a good life, almost nearly spoiled by his father.
Name: Damon Hacker Codename: DemonHunter Age: 17 Gender: Male Appearance: (no perfect profiles) Damon has jet black hair that is usually messy. He has this scruffy dark look about him, with shining black eyes. His skin is pale, almost snowish, and he's tall with a muscular build. He always has a smirk on his lips and his dark eyebrows usually dip down when's he's upset or thinking. Personality: Damon isn't exactly kind or sweet to others. He may come of as cold and arrogant, but he isn't. At least on the cold part. He's actually pretty nice and is willing to step up to the role of leader if he has to. He doesn't always make the good choices, because he wants himself to benefit, but there are those rare moments when he actually cares. Background: (optional) Damon had one younger brother, Luke, and an older one, Anubis. He grew up spoiled, but never let it get to his head. He doesn't believe anything in life will come easily and nicely to him.
Name: Robb Hacker Codename: Ironman Age: 15 Gender: Male Appearance: (no perfect profiles) Robb is tall for his age and he has muscles. His hair is jet black and slightly curly, quite long actually, almost touching his shoulders. His skin is tan, since he plays a lot of sports and usually hangs outside. His eyes are a dark gray and he always has a playful grin. Personality: Robb is outgoing and a natural leader. He loves to engage people and talk with them. He knows what's right and he's usually making the right choices. He's friendly and polite, hardly ever rude. Background: (optional) Robb grew up with three siblings, but he was the eldest. He and his family love in England.
Name: Pierre Hacker Codename: Casanova Age: 18 Gender: Male Appearance: (no perfect profiles) Pierre looks like the classic French. His hair is blondish brown and combed back properly. His eyes are sky blue and he has three freckles on his nose. His skin is fair and he's tall and slender, built like a dancer. Graceful legs and quick arms. Personality: Pierre is a natural flirt. He's French and so, he has a heart of a true romantic. He's loyal and sweet to everyone, guys or girls. He always has a pick up line ready and he's charming, a smile on his lips and a twinkle in his eye. Background: (optional) Pierre grew up in France with both his parents. He was middle-class and attended a private school. When he turned thirteen, he moved to America, where the girls fawned over him. When he was fifteen, his family moved back to France.
Name: Raine Vondell and Hielx Vondell Codename: Twilight(Together). Alone: Dawn and Dusk. ((Read more in the Extra part)) Age: 14 Gender: Girl and boy Appearance: Personality: Both of them can be seen as the evil twins, but they really aren't. Like any standard twins, they are close as heck and can almost read each other's minds, achieving the ultimate cheeky-ness. This gets them into a lot of trouble. With their young minds, sometimes, they are too immature to know when to stop. Background: Both of them, even as babies were cheeky, causing two huge unfortunate deaths. The twins were actually triplets, but the other triplet was weaker and less 'cheeky' than the two, and lost the race to live. Their mother also suffered and lost her life due to the pain. Extra: They work as a team, but sometimes seperately. When they work as a team, others think that they are one person, and is nicknamed Twilight. Raine, alone has the nickname Dawn, and Heilx has the nickname Dusk. Nobody knows that Dawn and Dusk know each other. ((You've seen how I rp right?))
Name: Connie (or Connor) (Not given name) Gender: Female/Male (Will explain) Hacker name: Meta Age: 20 Appearance: Connie is built slim, pink hair shaved on half her head, the other half cropped short and jagged. Her green eyes are usually covered by different contact lenses. On her right arm, a tattoo of the meta symbol (From RvB) from elbow to shoulder. On her left arm, a large pine forest going around her entire arm from wrist to elbow. Other various tattoos scattered on her torso and legs. Personality: Cold, somewhat traitorous if you get on her bad side. Often does stuff out of spite, loves contradicting people and stirring up trouble half the time. Though, when her persona is switched, becoming 'Connor', becomes more sympathetic and warm, helping new hackers if they screw up. Background: Coming from a family of paranoid nutjobs, Connie is pretty good if she has to kick butt, referring to different fighting styles learnt through many different combat schools. Connie is Australian, though if you try and mention 'throw some shrimp on the barbie', she will break your nose before you get to the word 'on'. Connie was diagnosed with MPD and that is where 'Connor' came from. Ran away from home with her best friend at age 16, though continued to attend various fighting schools with money stolen from her family. Name: Maine (not given name) Hacker name: Omega Gender: Male Age: 23 Appearance: Shaggy black hair, rarely cut and often left messy, coming to about an inch or two away from his shoulders. Eyes being the bluest blue to ever blue. He has a strong build, very fast hands and a quick mind. Personality: Though quiet, Maine often has to apologise for Connie, being very protective and brother over her even though she dragged his butt across and out of Australia. Usually close by her. Socially incapable in most situations involving large groups. Kinda really dorky when it comes to certain things. Background: Knew Connie his entire life, didn't question her when she showed up at his door demanding that he take her away from their town and eventually out of the country. Grew up in an average family, learning everything he knows from an uncle, teaching Connie out of their need to get funding for their 'road tripping'. Name: Ariel Black Hacker Codename: Shadow Age: 16 Gender: Female Appearance: Ariel is a very small girl for her age. She is 4'9" and weighs 85 lbs. She has long straight black hair and sky blue eyes. She's very pale and has an "angelic" face. She has a scar on her left wrist in the shape of an X. Personality: Ariel is very open minded and curious. Though she has her stubborn side. She is very upfront and a little naive. She hates it when people make fun of her height. Background: Ariel was born into an immensely rich family. She has 10 siblings and they all are older than her. And more important. Being the youngest and smallest, she was always ignored and pushed away by her family. She spent most of her time on the computer and playing games. There she found that people wouldn't judge her because they didn't know her. She became very good at working with computers and when her family realized it they tried to get her to do things for them. She refused and promised herself she'd use her skills for herself only. Name: Eloise Campbell Hacker Codename: Cosmic Age: 17 Gender: female Appearance: She is a tall lean girl, with brown waist length hair, which is often in two plaits. She has dark green eyes with light brown flecks in. Her skin isn't pale, it has a light tan to it. Often she is either in jeans and t-shirt or a white blouse, black pleated skirt and black knee high socks. Personality: shy, but a smart, calculating girl. She will form an opinion of people when first meets them in two minutes, however most of the time her ideas change. She has a close knit group of friends, but often gets on with guys better than girls, due to her mum leaving her and her twin brothers with their dad. However, she is far from a player when it comes to love. When you first meet her she strikes you as the typical nerd, but if you think that you haven't met William yet. She got the codename Cosmic for her love of stars and the universe; plus as her signature, she would leave coordinates to a star somewhere in the Milky Way. Charles and William Campbell Mutant & Neutron 19 Male They're identical twins so they look the same. They have brown coloured hair, which isn't long, but isn't short. Their hair is styled to have a slight fringe; Charles to the right and William to the left. However Charles has one grey eye and one blue eye, and William has blue eyes. Both are fond of jeans and T-shirts, adding shorts in the summer. They both tan easily like their sister. These two boys can often be the same or completely different. William is the calmer of the trio, often not taking a side in an argument between Eloise and Charles, which happens often, leaving him with the codename Neutron as it combines his love of science and his family. Charles is known as Mutant to his eyes, his muscular build and bipolarness, although his family have learnt how to deal with that. Name: Colin Walker Hacker code name: Zero Age: 18 Gender: Male Personality: People usually seen as a delinquent, but he is loyal to those he trust but one thing for sure he barely trust anyone but once you break that trust he will stop at nothing to cause those back stabbers harm and pain. He is seen as a vile human that even his family keep their distance away from him. Background: Colin was born in a family of 5. He is the only male in the family being that his father died before he was born. He has a tendency of getting payback on those who betray him no matter who they are, they can be family or friends, he doesn't care at all. Music always calm him down so he always has headphones with him never taking them off.
Name: Jess Dwyers. Hacker Codename: Pink_Panther (that show was cool oK. xD) Age: 16. Gender: Female. Appearance: The girl is relatively small for her age, and slim. Her skin colour is brown (due to her being English but part Indian), which matches her thick wavy dark brown hair, which falls to around mid-back. Her eyes are also dark brown, and her nose is pierced (a silver stud). She has a petite figure, and a thin scar across her stomach as well as one across her thigh. Personality: The girl can be quiet and awkward around new people, generally working independently. Once she is more comfortable she can be quite outgoing and hyper, although sometimes argumentative and stubborn. She can be quite slow in situations, and it sometimes comes as a shock that she actually is quite intelligent. Roleplay example: Jess walked through the corridor, her gaze fixated on the ground. She sped up her pace, narrowly avoided a wall, before coming to a halt outside of a door. Okay, maybe she did walk into it, but psh. Glancing around briefly, she then pushed open the handle. It's the first day of summer vacation, everyone had expected it to be a warm day, but obviously they were wrong. In one of the many bases of Iris, they're currently sending letters to you and the others. The people who were chosen because of their skills and talents to join Iris. [Robb] The rain was splashing relentlessly on his hoodie and he swore that this wasn't his day. It was supposed to be the start of summer vacation, something he was supposed to enjoy. And yet, here he was, being battered by rain and nearly blinded by the shadows castes by the dark clouds overhead.
