  4. it depends on the seriousness of the previous silences and the frequancy of them. Could refresh, could get you perm silence

  5. How about avoid getting silenced by not breaking the ToU or RoC

  7. Silenced a 3rd time: perm silence, have to wait 90 days before appealing

    4th is a 24 hour (or depends on what you did)

    Your 6th silence is perm with no appeal
