I believe I'm my religion there's nothing you can say or do that will change it. My opinions are unbreakable, they will never change. So arguing with me about my religion is pointless.
Well, I suppose because I grew up in a family that did not take me to any religious institution I am able to see everything more clearly and with less bias on these important issues. I'm able to have opinions of my own not anything a book says. I'm going to go watch this stupid movie
I am religious just not as much as most people because there is no proof of god and then again i have faith just in case i come across some deep shit so im nutural
Pax, God is not a homophobe. He hates sin, not people. And it is that sin (yes Dan, it is a real word. Your disbelief in it does not change its veracity) that He desires to change and remove from us. It was to pay the penalty for that sin that Christ suffered, bled, died, and rose. I can't get into the nuts and bolts of apologetics on a forum. That being said, God is love. He is also just. Above any attribute, He is holy. But as Christians, we cannot show the love of Christ to people by trying to defend His word on a public forum with people we don't know. The cross is our salvation, but it is also offensive. Telling someone their unrepentant sin will result in eternity in a real place called hell is offensive. And until that person knows you care more about theit eternity than your own reputation, we are just barking dogs who want an audience. This won't win anything, sad though it may be.

I say gay marriage should be legalized throughout the world. Why? Because everybody deserves to be with someone they love unconditionally. Y'know the term love is blind. It can't help if you fall in love with someone of the same gender. All religion aside, can someone give me an honest answer to why it shouldn't be legalized without bringing in god, or sin into the answer?
