  16. B, and for heels I would definitely look for a pair or sparkly silver heels, that would match the belt. You don't want to much blue.

  20. Just what I was thinking Anya. Def find silver sparkling shoes it will match better than the black ones. But if you can't get them then go with the 2ed pair of black shoes.
