There are a lot of people in the west who have become anti-capitalist in the past decade or so. I'm talking mainly about the OWS types, and people who say the free market inevitably leads to extreme inequality, or that automation will make capitalism obsolete, or that we need to abandon capitalism because of this or that other pet cause (usually the environment). Let me make this abundantly clear: these economically illiterate people are extremely dangerous, and could threaten our last hopes of saving western civilization. After all, it is the free market that is coming up with solutions to our environmental and energy crises with things like solar PV, vertical farming, and electric cars, all of which are rapidly declining on cost even as they scale up production. It is also the free market, as well as global free trade, that is allowing poorer countries to finally become rich enough that their birth rates go down, averting a Malthusian catastrophe later on. Now, I'll be the first person to tell you that we DO need to protect the environment and have some degree of regulation on the free market. Im definitely not a libertarian and might even be left-of-center. But if these far-leftists get their way, they'll destroy the economic foundations of industrial society and doom all future generations to poverty and hopelessness. We need to find a way to stop these faggots before it's too late. Is that intelligence for you. I've been working on this. And it seems correct to me.
