Ascension is often on both sides of war. Permitted I am from here. I've been through a sfw with them. I couldn't ask for a more loyal club. Club loyalty is super hard to find. So it makes me appreciate them a lot.

I think the purpose of alliance is obvious. War/Party help when needed. Whether a club takes the alliance to heart or not speaks more of said club rather than the alliance idea itself. It's also possible that Wars are becoming less common (I know mostly because of CC) but also because of the complex web of alliances, so suddenly you have to take all that into account before you war. But I have only been playing for three months. So what do I know!
Just make alliance terms. 1) Will help allies in all sfws at the drop of a hat (except when doing Cat Cafe.) 2) Will help allies complete/unlock parties (except when doing Cat Cafe.) 3) Will help allies complete all pros (seriously, Cat Cafe.) 4)Will assist in any and all farming implications among allies providing ss as proof (Meow.) Soooooo. Yep O.O
Lol alliances dont mean that much on here, look at the rescent sfw between rehab and VT. They were allies and yet that didnt stop the war. Just depends on if its a serious one or not in my opinion. Some are just for show and some are dead serious. Thats my thought on it
