Cat cafe didn't ruin the game, the lack of ways to spend the money did. Look at Kaw's success. To start, pimd parties should have been modeled after Kaw EBs. Different difficulty with pay based on difficulty versus the "anyone can hit but make horrible pay" parties that were available for the longest time. Secondly, Kaw has ridiculously expensive tiers to spend in-game money on with an even larger market than we have because they keep content rolling out, therefore keeping players interested and active. Cat cafe allowed people to make money at a rate necessary to keep up with rising prices of tiers, whoever the tiers/levels were never released.
People don't get silenced for swearing. They get silenced for breaking the ToU, and one of those rules is to not bypass. Bypassing is what you just did in your second comment @op
