So I got a beautiful new phone that actually works well and I want to transfer my account. I know I have to log in with my ata account and delink this account, but does the order matter? I'm afraid that if I log into my account on my phone first, something bad will happen. I don't know if you're allowed to be on the same account on two different devices. But I don't really want to delink this account first either because then I might lose it or something. Sooo… yeah. Any advice?
im sure you can have two devices with one account. id try it first before I delinked just because id hate to loose my account
1st connect on new phone on ur account (ata or fb) 2nd delink old phone 3rd u can now make new alt/character on old phone.
You can have it linked to more than one device as long as the other device is inactive. Log in on your new phone and delink the old one. I had my phone wiped and got a new one before I had a chance to delink. When I logged in on the new one delinked the old device with no issues. I hope it works out for you
You can have your account on up to 5 devices, however only one of those devices can use your account at any giving time. If you're logged in on device 1, and login on device 2, device 1 will come up with an error saying your session has expired. Just remember only 1 account per device... And once you've used your 5 transfers, you only get 1 extra link per year I believe.
