  1. Its nuts and from the stories Ive heard and read, that shits nuts!

Its happened to me plenty but only the body sleep/mind awake thing. You know, where I guess your body "awakens" and your heart beats hella fast. I never saw or heard anything though luckily.

Could you imagine waking up and seeing this shit?!

  3. I'm confused on what it is.

Yes, I've woken up and my heart was beating fast, but that's because I was peeing in my dream and then I woke up and got super nervous.

  4. We didn't need a picture

  5. Therapy for those who saw the picture

  6. Its more than your heart beating hella fast.

  7. One of my friends wore an Indian mask and waited till I woke up in the morning,we have bars on the window luckily for him.

    Not fond of suprises.

  8. Your forgot the body being paralyzed part too.

  9. I have those dreams often, usually there's an old bald man lying beside me in my bed or hanging on a hanger in my wardrobe  I try to call for help but no one hears me 

  10. I know that sarah.

And yea i did forget that part lol but Ive heard it lasts as long as a few minutes, but I myself cant recall being paralyzed for more than a couple seconds. Guess Im lucky lol(knock on wood)

Lol I had to share the pic its hella creepy. Some guy said this is what he saw during one state of paralysis. He said it told him "Im back do you remember me?"

  11. It happens when I have a nightmare, it lasts for a couple of minutes for me. Scariest shit ever. Takes me hours to get back to sleep.

  12. Sleep Paralysis is more of a gateway into Lucid Dreaming. You have to be focused on getting into your dream state, SP doesn't just HAPPEN. Nothing to be afraid of. Except when you do it, your imagination fucks you in the ass you see demons everywhere. (Me).

  13. You normally enter the state of sleep paralysis when your brain sends signals out to your body to find out whether you're asleep or not.

For example feeling the urge to move or feeling an itch...

Once you fail to respond to these signals your brain assumes you're asleep thus paralysing your body.

Sleep paralysis stops us from acting out our dreams. It protects you from harming yourself. It's completely normal.

You can accidentally fall into this state or you can trick your brain to thinking you're asleep.

Sleep paralysis can be terrifying or it can be a beautiful experience.

Personally I love it as it allows me to lucid dream. 

  14. Oh I forgot to mention you're most likey to hallucinate if you open your eyes during sleep paralysis.

  15. I had this once. I saw hooded people who looked like they were putting a blanket on me... It was only me inside the house. Luckily, here I am, alive
