Intelligence is defined by myself as someone with an educational background, or who can hold themselves grounded in crude situations, or who can type and formulate sentences with proper grammar or who can discuss intellectual subjects or who knows how to properly troll. Yes, it takes smarts for trolls to seek the attention. They aren't dumb.
I for one am dyslexic, however i would not consider myself stupid for what i lack in capability there, i make up for in other areas. I don't believe grammer has any impact on a persons intelligence, for this is the technology age and most people, english or not use slang & shortened their words for quikness. I personally agree with first post, I think intelligence shows when a person reacts to situations, online or in rl
I'm sure everyone here has some level of intelligence... and i didn't know we had to use proper grammar here
For some reason it's the first thing people pick on, on here. I don't really understand why, this game has players from all over.
They are not dumb or stupid if they spell words wrong or have improper grammar. Everyone is intelligent️ and we are all given abilities. Intelligence is not based on your grades, how you excel at school, or how you construct sentences. When people hear the word intelligence, what comes first into their mind is about verbal meaning, reasoning, or word fluency.. Well according to the theory of Howard Gardner, there are 7 multiple intelligences. These are: Verbal-Linguistic Intelligence Mathematical-Logical Intelligence Musical Intelligence Visual-Spatial Intelligence Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence Interpersonal Intelligence Intrapersonal Intelligence So how do you measure intelligence? Other than your grades from school, you can measure it by observing their creativity (from fields of arts and music) or situation from dilemmas they face to see how street-smart they are. Well that is my opinion? Intelligence is too general. There are lots of ways to measure it.
Let me rant about intelligence okay? Okay. First I shall start with what Wiki says about it: Intelligence has been defined in many different ways such as in terms of one's capacity for logic, abstract thought, understanding, self-awareness, communication, learning, emotional knowledge, memory, planning, and problem solving. Intelligence is most widely studied in humans, but has also been observed in animals and in plants. Artificial intelligence is the simulation of intelligence in machines. Within the discipline of psychology, various approaches to human intelligence have been adopted. The psychometric approach is especially familiar to the general public, as well as being the most researched and by far the most widely used in practical settings. Intelligence shouldn't be based upon how one types but on how one uses knowledge and handles difficult situations. I believe someone who persists something but gets it wrong, is intelligent for persisting a goal and not giving up even if they feel they couldn't or wouldn't get it right. I also believe someone who knows something and gets it right, but pursues to learn more on it is intelligent for continuing to expand their knowledge. Those who give up before they can learn or learn more are unintelligent and should be cast into the fiery pits of Tartarus. Just my two cents. ️
