  1. OK so if u guys didn't know.im 19..n working n school n doing this house is a lot of work. But I have questions on remodeling this house. I have two rooms. One use to be a playroom n one is a spare bedroom. Should I blow the dividing wall n make an en suite bedroom for me n my boyfriend or what should I do.cuz I'm using my third bedroom n it's a spacious room but I want to add a big walk in closet but I also want to add a bathroom in our room because I don't like having to walk...

    2. OK so downstairs I have this little dining room n a little kitchen. Should I blow out the dining room to make room for a bigger kitchen. Since my major is culinary arts you guys would assume I love to cook so I like a big kitchen but he wants a dining room so I duno. N we have a backyard that's like average size but we don't like backyards so like what should I do...cứ j don't want to go ahead n put tons of money n the design won't look excellent in the end I'll be mad.o n one more thing?

Dark Cherry wood cabinets on black Granite counter tops with a light tan brick backsplash?

or Light Oak Wood with White marble counter tops and a sea green tile backsplash. ..

floors: bamboo flooring or ceramic tiles?...

Only reason I'm asking is because when I asked my boyfriend he didn't care what happened to the house he just want it move in ready lol.hes sick of sleeping on an air mattress lol

  2. LOL NILLA!! We aren't yahoo answers. ️

  3. ^ Truuu

  4. Yea but i need first impressions! Other people opinions are what make me decide better. Because I'm only 19.. getting this house is a lot. N I want to live in it but I not really a good color scheme. ..my boyfriend don't even care n he's a dan stylish. I think he wants us to move..but I don't want that so I need to remodel to make his jaw drop...

  5. But opinions are always great

  6. I'm a great interior designer. I could show you a few rooms in my house that I designed with color schemes. I fully support tearing down walls unless there are beams in the way... Cause that's more money. And once it comes to picking out decor I'm your chick!

But the kitchen is the heart of the house. It's social. It should be largest. You don't need a dining room in my opinion of your kitchen is large enough to have a beautiful kitchen table.

  7. Yes to the bedroom and kitchen. Then the light oak wood and white marble. 

  8. Also, I don't think bamboo flooring would go with that. So ceramic tiles.

  9. I love cherry and black granite I'm all about bold and dark

  10. This isn't Grand Designs revisited

  11. I would do a cork flooring. If I remember correctly it's a darker color (but not so dark it's overbearing) and it feels cool to walk on. 

  12. Cork flooring?..what is that...

  13. Is the backyard near the kitchen? Expand out rather than take over your dining. That way u can have people over and cook I your amazing huge kitchen. Or create a huge outdoor kitchen that way it's the best of both worlds. If you bathroom is close the bedroom go for a walk in closet over ensuite. Don't forget if u want, kids or have kids to have a little area where they can go or a area you can escape too .  hope this helps

  14. Ok..makes sense. So I should keep everything except expand the kitchen n remove the yard completely to expand the kitchen. So I should knock down the dividing wall between both rooms or no?..because the room that we sleep in now is going to be the kid's room later on...

  15. Keep a little back yard for dog or when u have kids. As for knocking down walls In bedroom ill leave that for someone else I'm not sure

  16. Silence op shes telling her age

  17. ._. Actually because of the relaxed silencing rules, OP can state her age, and not be silenced, because she's over 17. So... Yup.

  18. She's actually a he.
