I was down sick with it this year and those were my symptoms woke up out of bed with them one morning and almost passed out, and it was the flu that I had.
Sounds like a stomach bug. You should drink lots of water and sleep as much as you can. When your stomach settles, try some dry toast. If it gets any worse, go see a doctor for it.
