how you will know if a tut is op or up? o.O

  2. I would add up their kcs, half it, and if it's like:

    120,000/120,000... Then i'd say their right price is 120B.

    But if it's like:

    560,000/140,000... Then i'd say 350B is their right price. But thats just what i learned. Idk about other ppl.
