Hey everyone. Now I know that we are all looking for tutors right? And I know when someone just up and takes them it is annoying right? Well all I am saying is, see if the the person that hired them is selling. We all have come across the point where people fight over tutors for no reason. So please let's try to keep the peace and just ask, "Hey are you selling or wanna trade a tutor?" Simple as that. If they say no do not be a jerk about it. Just move on.
It is not that I can't hire back and such. But for most of the time I have a tutor some hired them then volley with some else making that tutor out of my reach. And then there are certain people who just do bit when to stop and even asked. And yes I know it is Free Tutor market. I am just trying a way to stop many pointless fights and arguements.
Have you never had an overpriced tut force bumped away from you? Sometimes hiring back leads to a hire battle to see who has more cash and the tutor ends up being way more OP necessary. Exhibit A: myself The best thing to do if someone is taking a tut that you are particularly fond of is 1) Make sure that tutor is OP, UP tuts are fair game and they're just begging to be hired 2) if someone does hire, kindly tell then that you don't want your tut being hire 3) DO NOT THREATEN THE PERSON 4) Have your tutor express that they do not want to be hired 5) Hire back 6) If the person argues about ownership of the tutor, make sure you express that he hired from you first or that someone else hired your tut away prior to him 7) If the person proceeds to force bump your tut, FARM THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS OUT OF THEM!!!!! 8) Hire your tut back 9) The end ?

Nobody except people who are desperate for tuts believe in "free tutor market" Everybody has a tutor that if somebody hired away from them, shit would go down. Not everyone can follow the list. I have only 3. I'm not sure if they active I just need some for the jobs. And I cannot farm because I know Karma. It can happen over night and what happens? I am broke and tutor less. I'm only 20kcs plus. I maybe a little below average string but nothing compared 50kcs plus a and etc.
? Yeah.... My list really isn't that effective. Especially if you're around my stats. Sometimes..... You just have to let your tutor go.

This is my way to prevent fights over tuts. It is a fact that tuts belong to the highest bidder. So when one get hired, say to yourself, hmmmmm do I want to hire back?! If you want to, press hire. If not, say thanks for the money and have a nice day. I see no negativity in this situation at all. Only positive. Activity, stats, and many other factors come into play when deciding weather or not to hire a tut. So please keep this in mind as well, before you get mad about prices. Prices are subjective. When your hiring off tut list it doesn't say who the pupil is and I'm not gonna waste my time checking every tut to see whose pup it is if they want the tut back hire back it's not that serious
