I didn't say ban, I meant they could read but not talk. And I didn't say the kcs had to be 200+. It's negotiable
No support. Some people don't make upgrading their top priority, and they're following all the rules and everything. A lot of new players don't break tou either. Also, forums is there for people asking questions. If new players can't post on forums or campus, how will they get help and learn how to play? This wouldn't even stop trolls either — they're likely to know how to upgrade and can just pass the limit. I'd support a stricter forum ban system, but not this.

Forums are for helping smaller players. Thats the whole point. What the fuck would forums accomplish with a stat limt? No support.
