Disorderly conduct doesn't hold a loads of time. The max sentence/max penalty ($) depends on the country/state you're in, and your priors, as there is a sentencing guideline for judges.

It's a misdemeanor that holds a year here, and they rarely give time for it. (In most cases, they tack on bs charges and drop the lessers)

You can offer to do community service instead of serving time for most petty crimes as well.
