  1. How come some people claim they do not buy any ecs but seems to have unlimited ecs ?  They hack the game or use cheat codes or what.

  5. Or button combo cheat codes.. The GTA 4 cheat codes suck hairy ass. Dial this number for weapons.. Gtfo!
