I'm tired of getting beat up my friend,so I need some advice on what to eat how much to eat,how to train and all that good stuff,I'm 150lbs I want to get up to about 170-175 all muscle
Push ups every night eat a lot of protein drink protein shakes and do pulls ups if you can if you have a free gym around you you can go squat and improve your legs when I was in 7th grade I was squatting 300 pounds.
Or watch youtube videos or do research just know this won't happen in a week or 2 it takes time and you gotta maintain it you can't just get it then it will stay cuz it won't
It won't happen fast. It took me around 4 months with intense workouts to go from simply skinny to lean and muscled. Finding a trainer (if you have the money) is your best bet. Otherwise as Devil said, youtube or websites.
Lol just to let you know working out won't stop your friends from beating you up. Try a mma class or watching it... You may learn something.
Steroids....lots and lots of steroids. Don't be afraid to ask your friends to inject it in your Buttox for you If anyone asks about your huge size gain, just deny it and say the Yankees signed you for third base

Learn to fight. My cousin is all beefed up and I can still kick his ass. Being muscular wont automatically teach you how to fight lol
