I.like this guide serves a great purpose but maybe also add cost of eviction for each tier and level if all possible. I get that question often and feel terrible that i cant answer it!
All this information is very easy to obtain by yourself with very little work, which is why the thread died...3 years ago. I also happened to include this information in my thread. Eviction amounts are unnecessary because it's a simple calculation. It returns 20% of the total amount spent when you evict one of your crew.
