You can increase your combined stats by upgrading your crew (can be accessed via the main page "crew") You will see different crew members, each of them have both strength and intelligence, some will have more strength and intelligence. Others will have vice versa. It's up to you how you want to build up your crew. The strengths and intelligence that you see will contribute to your overall stats. So in essence: Upgrade Crew, Buy more dorms. Earn money by battling others and doing jobs (At the moment, until you are rich enough to do things like tutor trading and volleying others.)

You can continue to battle people. You can also still do the jobs that you have completed. Or if you have enough cash, you can plan to volley someone and get someone else to keep. Then you'd get a profit.
Hire tutors one by one . Search with best with best stats . Find inactive peoples and hit him 2-4 times every 5-10minutes "if you peaceful". Start volley peoples make 188b in tutors , after upgrade all rooms and tier4 crews .
