  1. Actually it's true. Try chewing on raw honey like gum. It's a huge natural source of melatonin. Should be beneficial for your insomnia.

  2. Raw honey?
I didn't even know that was a thing.

  3. Yeah before it gets processed I think it's called comb honey but I'm still a bit tired.  so I'm all confuggled.

  4. When it comes down to it, jtucker is right. What you eat is the main part of losing weight, exercising just helps.

But you have to eat right. 1000 calories from a Pizza is different from 1000 calories from fruits and foods full of nutrients. I started working g out last year, mainly running. I don't really have a set diet, other than eating 2 egg sandwiches everyday I work out with a fruit, then little things later. The foods I eat aren't necessarily unhealthy, but they could use more nutrients, I'm just picky with vegetables  stupid me. You can't starve yourself either, or over eat. Once you feel good in your stomach you should stop eating. Most exercising specialists? Or whatever, I usually read how eating 5 meals across the day is better than eating 3.

But yea, if you can find a dieting plan that works for you, or even making your own, and ACTUALLY stick to it, you will lose weight in time.

  5. Also changing white bread to whole wheat helps. Try to cha get any grain to wheat since it helps in burning fat.

  6. Dealing with cravings is easy for the first few months (well for me it was, I'd see a peanut butter brownie and say no ), but eventually you will smell some good stuff or accidentally taste something and it'll be hard to say no. I have to control my cravings, but it doesn't help when people bring junk to the house.

  7. Jogging will help you a lot, it'll help you losing fat..try atleast jogging 1-2hours a day

  8. Jogging won't help with getting toned as much as running would, the more your heart works the better.

  9. It seriously depends on your goals. You said fat loss is a goal. You really shouldn't go by a scale number as it isn't as accurate as finding your body fat %. If you have a local university, contact them to see if they have a DEXA Scan. They may allow you to go have yours done for free to train a graduate student or you may be able to participate in a grad student's research study.

In addition, the supplementation of creatine has found to increase muscle when taken properly. The more muscle you have, the more calories your body burns. A pound of fat is roughly 3600 calories, but a deficit of that will not likely result in a pound of fat loss. Other factors are in play.

Clean up your diet to natural foods in their whole state. No processed foods, limit sodium, and drink a ton of water. Crossfit should eliminate your body's adaptation of exercise, but your body will still want to hold onto those last few pounds. Stick with it and it will eventually let it go. Just change it up constantly.

  10. I feel like eatin a cheeseburger now 

  11. Cut down your alcohol intake too ? although that's no fun in life

  12. Don't eat processed foods.

    Prepare every meal from scratch.

You will find by the time you're done, you'll be super tired and only eat a few bites. And you will be much healthier as well.

Also, eat off blue plates. Blue is an appetite suppressant. This sounds made up, but is true. Most restruants do not use blue plates or have a blue dining room for this reason. It is an industry standard. :)
