So I don't know about you guys, but this morning, a PP party dropped 2 chocolates for me, and just then a RKS party dropped 17 chocolates for me Did ATA increased the drop rates already?
Its a random drop. Bigger amount of drops are called the Jackpots . Its possible to get up to 20 Choco from a party. ( It's all luck btw)
RKS and Bro Step was consistently dropping 16-18 chocolates each time to members in the club I was in.

No, it's not. It's so far consistently dropping large amounts on certain parties and virtually nothing on others based on what's been seen so far.
