Pupils don't need to do anything and tuts don't need to ask for anything.

It all depends on how much you know your pupil.

Yeah pretty much, pupils don't owe a single thing and a tutor shouldn't ask for anything.

All that happens is the pupil's choice only .

 

Each pupil is different, some do nothing, don't offer advice and basically don't talk. Others are always there to help, give advice and guide you. Some give dv's and some don't. It all depends. I think as a tutor you can ask for help, whether it be advice, hunt items, gifts, etc. But you shouldn't expect anything or demand. A lot of players have worked hard on their own to get where they are with no help.

Can a tut ask for a new pupil? And shouldnt the pupil respect the tuts decision?

 

Well, i help certain tutors of mine, others i feel dont deserve it, and as tutor i dont ask my pupil for anything.

I think a pupil should at the least give the tutor guidance as it relates to the game.
