I go to a University in the panhandle and the campus is shut down today and tomorrow due to snow, sleet, and bad weather conditions. Everyone's going to be like, "We're from Chicago, you don't know what snow is. Hurr hurr" Cool. I'm from Florida, and we have regular traction tires and it is hilly. Plus, we aren't acclimated or prepared for snow. Anyway, I went for a run this morning, not paying attention to the icy sidewalks warning, and I ended up figure skating my stupid ass down our infamous runners hill. I can only imagine what the news looks like because Florida drivers are freaking stupid even without sleet on the hills. Seriously, The Panhandle forgot how to Florida.
it's bad here where I am in Texas also. we aren't used to this. cars sliding, people sliding....it's horrible lol
I made it halfway up my hill....and the car started sliding backwards. So I just parked in my neighbors driveway and walked
parking was a good idea Panda I started to panic when I was leaving work because my car door handles were frozen. I couldn't get into my car. I wanted to cry don't judge me. I'm not use to this foolish weather.
we aren't exposed to this type of weather often so we don't know how to handle it. I'm sure you wouldn't know how to have 115 degrees f plus heat index if you weren't used to it.
I live in Arizona, weather is perfect right now but during the summer no one comes out, so damn hot ?
Im in Miami and it freakin feels like 90°.? One state with two different types of weather is not right! Lol
