  1. My home town had only two seasons:

    Dry: starts March
    Wet: starts June

  2. Summer can go away, it's going to be 40°c all week, ? can we just skip it?

  3. I'll trade you Zach it was -30 all last week 

  4. I'll trade you too, it's starting to warm up where I am which means like -10 C for the high ?

  5. Wow all so different here its:
    Spring: Feb 1st
    Summer: May 1st
    Autumn: August 1st
    Winter: November 1st

  6. Where I live in Florida I don't even think we have a winter,  it's supposed to be winter in America right now and we are at 70 degrees, that's not winter.  for us I think it goes

    Fall
    Summer
Nuclear it's sooo hot in the summer 
    Spring

  7. Actually just checked the weather it's 81 degrees here today. 

  8. Summer solstice is like on June 21'st 

  9. In Ontario it's the same 21st

  10. Us Aussies are too lazy and laid back to have the changes in the middle of the month

  11. I once had a American wish me Merry Xmas because i told him it was winter here it was june

  12. In the UK anything can bloody happen?

  13. Go to Melbourne if you want to experience four seasons in one day?

  14. Omg, I just looked up the weather for Melbourne and this looks like a miserably hot and sticky week. I can take the heat, but not the humidity.
So does having Christmas in Summer feel weird or do Christmas items, cards, etc. have summer scenes on them vs. the snowy scenes the northern hemisphere is accustomed to?

  15. it's incredible to me how different the dates are..

Mrs I, we get both.. Sometimes cards have Santa in shorts and thongs (flip flops), with a beer in one hand and a surfboard in the other.. But we also get the wintery ones too..

  16.  we literally had 4 seasons in one day a couple weeks ago

  17. It's not weird because we grew up with it being summer Xmas but i would like a white Xmas one day

  18. We almost had a white Christmas a few years ago foot  it was as if Melbourne became part of the Northern Hemisphere for a little while in December/January

  19. Melbourne weather is crazy there is no denying it

  20.  that's why I love it here
