So, hence the title "Sleep Paralysis", you probably know what this thread is about. for those of you who don't know sleep paralysis is when you are in a dream but you are sort of awake and your body is paralyzed from your shoulders down. (sorry, that is the best definition I can give for it). unfortunately people who know how to lucid dream this happens a lot. I am one of those people. Backk to the topic! Anyways I was curious- have you guys ever gotten sleep paralysis? What is your story about it? I'm just wondering if what happened to me a few nights ago was the same thing that happened to you. please no rude comments, but knowing PIMD there probably will be a few. Thanks!
I have always feared that ? but when I lucid dream it hasn't happened. I just don't like to do it right now because for some reason I have these crazy lucid nightmares. But no. That's never happened to me.
Not sure to understand but sometime when I wake up... My arm is paralized and I got to place it straight so the blood can get pass through. I'm used to it. But the first time it happened to me, I was so scared.
But i believe that coyld happen to anyone, you sleep on your arm and then the blood don't get to pass through. Easy...
I frequently have sleep paralysis when I'm hungover. It's a bummer? like "MOOOOOVE STUPID FUCKING LEGS" Thats is all GIVE ME MY FORUM BAN FOR GOD SAKES ALREADY IVE BYPASS MORE OR LESS ALL DAY
I normally hallucinate when I open my eyes during sleep paralysis. Many cultures and religions believe the "devil" sits on your body causing you to be paralysed.
I have. It was very frustrating not being able to move. Especially bc I was half dreaming and what I was seeing was death standing over me in my room... I was like come on arm and middle finger, MOVE!
You guys are a bunch of trolls! What you guys are talking about, is that the blood stops flowing through your arm so it goes to sleep. That is not the same thing as lucid dreaming or sleeping!!!! To OP: We're in a tone of spiritual awakening and higher conscious levels. It's crazy because my roommates sister boyfriend is have lucid dreaming/sleeping. I would suggested you invest in some time for meditating and cleanse your body from junk, fluoride and ect. I HOPE I DID THIS RIGHT.
