I see people always saying blah blah op on forums as if they're talking to this person, but i never see the name or maybe i'm just dumb and don't make the connection help my confused ass out?

So like, you are the "OP" of the thread I'm a gamer, so when I first got to forum, I was confused. I was like... Overpowered? I didn't know that Overpowered posted this.
I was desperate for 2nd post. but I added more later. And no, it's not really a new term. Every game have different terms, just specifically locate around that genre, or specifically the game itself.
