Wow you ended up in a cast because of wearing heels? That's crazy, I got my first pair of heels at 13 and I have not looked back. Heels give your legs definition and shape. It also helps correct your posture. The best type of heel is a platform because it gives you more control when walking and running from creepy people. Also less pressure on the ball of your feet! Ladies please wear the right shoe size (big or small). That alone would have saved my feet alot of drama!
I hate heels. I worn them once in my entire life & I fell & well had a twisted ankle ever since then I will never wear them. I'm not very girly but if I wear a dress or skirt or anything for that matter I wear vans with it.

I have tried working on my ankles, but all that happens is the muscles rip, and grow back weaker than they were. It probably has something to do with being completely flat footed.

I wear heels on dates. And I mean legit dates, not to the movies. They do look sexy. My man loves to see me in heels so men do pay attention. I won't go over 4.25 inches.
