As 2014 is creeping up on us, ready to beat us to a pulp with stuff, I must say that I am quite disappointed with technology. ? In the 1900's, I believe, it was dreamt that, by now, we'd have flying cars and all that. But do we have those? No. We barely have a self driving vehicle. It somewhat works. We also have all the up-to-date ways to Facebook statuses and tweet while we still dwindle on earth. I'd at least like to think that we should be able to have a power bar, that once plugged into itself equal infinite energy. ? But no, all we get is a blue tooth glove that acts like a phone. .-. If anything, Bill Gates should be a superhero. We need our priorities straight. I don't know. ._. Just my thoughts. Pointless thread is pointless.
I for one would like not to have to sleep give me some technology that'll do that and I'll be happy
It won't be long before we'll be able to develop flying cars. Like.... Another 50 years maybe... Or even 100 years....
Back in black is actually talking about the same topic right now. I think technology is moving fast enough.
Well actually ..technology is created for human being...its function is to keep human relax and have a upgraded life just like in other high-tech countries :usa, japan or england...well i pretty much stick to this quotes "if u dont misuse technology,in repay it wont misuse u too!!
We can speak to a computer and have a flying robot deliver burritos to our doors. There are currently working hoverboards, maybe we can use them for the plan to walk on mars soon! Google is now considered a military contractor (terminator, anybody?!) There are cars that run on water, spaceships that shoot plasma (to mars in only 43 days!), even teleportation is in the making! We can make things "ride" on a beam of light and put it back together on the other side. We genetically modify plants so they change color if something can harm us, or even light up at night! We can print 3d models, reach out and touch them. We are using this to print organs! Need a new heart? Just download and print! We are living in the future, but things get so familiar to us we just can't realize it.
I thought planes were flying cars. And if I wanted to own my own flying car would I need a drivers license or pilots. I hope not both
The United States government has technology far more advanced than you can imagine. Don't be fooled. They just don't show it off to the public.
