  1. If you block someone are they allowed to communicate with you in other public ways such as… other peoples walls, campus chat, and forums?

  5. I don't think so heard it was called harassment if they kept tryna communicate with you so maybe silence-able/ ban-able.

  17. I guess OP got butt hurt. Not my problem he has thin skin. Says I'm  cyber-bullying not once have I ask for, released personal info, threatened in any way mental or physical harm. I stated my opinion.  if that hurts.... Oh well.
