diets help alot but you must do a combination of things 1) eat small meals through out the day with healthy snacks in betweens the meals, this will help speed up your matabolism. 2) light weight training pick one day and work out muscles that work together. Like chest and tricepts, back and biceps, legs get thier own day, and shoulders. you should do anywere from 12-15 reps per set. 3) cardio at least 3 or 4 times a week 15-20 min a day of jogging in a pace that you can talk but prefer not to talk.
