So for the past few years I've known this guy and we were nearly inseparable up until June of this year. Since he was like a brother to me, I invited him to go with me to this fair. He completely stood me up though After that we didn't talk for a few months and he never gave an explanation or apology for what happened. We started talking again towards late September however he still hasn't acknowledged what happened and ignores when I try to lead the conversation in that direction. My dilemma is: I have recently come across a religious festival (and he is extremely religious) and since I already bought a ticket for myself, my first idea was to invite him. However, I'm afraid that history will repeat itself :/ so I'm confused as to what I should do. Can I please have some advice?

well I guess you should stop talking to the guy and find a real man, under neath all that (mr. Macho) may be a little girl screaming for attention. If he stood u up once, what makes u think he won't stood u up again. Whenever u try to talk about that he either ignores it or changes the conversation. Ur better off with..OUT him. U can do better than that

Maybe he has feelings for u ? since u don't for him, he might not be happy about that who knows? And Why won't u just ask him why he stood u up? If he ignores you then screw him, have some respect for yourself
