I know it's been awhile since I've been on the game or forums, but I'm starting to get back into it. Anyways, I've been working out a lot and since college season is coming to an end I'm going to have to start working out independently more often. That being said I was wondering if anyone knew any good workouts? If anyone has any tips or good workouts they prefer please share!
Dunno if this helps, but a casual gym session of mine= water, Milk, protein shake, 2 hours working on upper body and abdomen and another hour on lower body.
All I do is first do stretches then a 1mile warm up core workout and try to do stuff with no weights needed old fashioned pull ups crunches push-ups stuff like that then 1mile cool down has worked great for years for me but not best for fast results though
Lmao. Push-ups.. Thanks for the advice. And people workout arms more than legs bc it's easier and faster results
I do my warm up, then i'll do core, arms and aerobic capacity. Then in 2 days i'll do core, legs, and aerobic capacity. Then in another 2 days i'll do chest, core, and triceps.
I started running a lot a few months ago. I need resistance work outs now though. Like weights and the sort. In have a few but it would be difficult to progress since they vary in weight by so much.
