working out

  1. I know it's been awhile since I've been on the game or forums, but I'm starting to get back into it.

    Anyways,

    I've been working out a lot and since college season is coming to an end I'm going to have to start working out independently more often. That being said I was wondering if anyone knew any good workouts? If anyone has any tips or good workouts they prefer please share!

  5. Just because Peeta doesn't lift doesn't mean no one else does.

  8. Bulking. I'm obviously not trying to lose weight if I play football. Js.
     
  9. Dunno if this helps, but a casual gym session of mine= water, Milk, protein shake, 2 hours working on upper body and abdomen and another hour on lower body.

  11. Why 2 hours of upper? You should be concerned with your legs as much as your upper body.
     
  12. I spend more time on my arm and shoulder due to an injury.
     
  13. Unfortunately I have not been to a gym in a bit over 2 months.
     
  14. All I do is first do stretches then a 1mile warm up core workout and try to do stuff with no weights needed old fashioned pull ups crunches push-ups stuff like that then 1mile cool down has worked great for years for me but not best for fast results though
     
  15. Lmao. Push-ups.. Thanks for the advice. And people workout arms more than legs bc it's easier and faster results
     
  16. Barely anyone I know have diesel leg muscles. Why not be a hipster and work out your legs? ?

  18. I do my warm up, then i'll do core, arms and aerobic capacity. Then in 2 days i'll do core, legs, and aerobic capacity. Then in another 2 days i'll do chest, core, and triceps.

  19. My work out consists of raising the food to my mouth.

  20. I started running a lot a few months ago. I need resistance work outs now though. Like weights and the sort. In have a few but it would be difficult to progress since they vary in weight by so much.
