Explaining "Sleep"

Has anyone ever thought about sleeping?Like what would aliens say to sleeping?I guess we could say "that sleeping is a religion and we dress ourselves in special sleeping clothing and then lie down on special sleeping mats.Then certain people do weird sleeping stuff.And then people do different types of sleeping moves."
    Anyways why did someone have to call it "sleeping"?

  18. Sleeping is a state that the mind enters to rest one part of the brain and open up the next That is why a lot of people meditate, that is the art of opening, relaxing or building up certain areas or states of mind I think aliens would be quite fascinated by it. And dreams as well.

    In my opinion, they probably would think religion as odd. Kinda like Spock in Star Trek
