awkward.

  1. I realize that this is probably not what the forums are for.
    But.
    Do you guys have any weight loss tips?
    I wanna lose 20 pounds, and lose some of the fat from my stomach and thighs.
    tips and tricks would be appreciated.

  6. The best way is to monitor your diet. Do cut back and starve yourself but make sure you don't take in too many calories. Also work out an hour a day. I suggest regular things like push ups and those muscle building things. On top of that I suggest biking or swimming.
     
  7. Don't starve yourself. Just replace unhealthy food with healthy food and exercise often. Get lots of sleep. Basically, just be good to your body and it'll show.

  9. Eat lots of celery.. I hate it? it gives negative calories so you lose weight!! Oh and dont eat anything after 8pm  and exercise.. Thats it

  11. Drink 16 ounces of water as soon as you wake up! It raises your metabolism for about an hour, so you can work out or do whatever in that time to burn more calories.

  13. Don't starve yourself, it doesn't help you at all in anyway.  Just have a healthier diet and exercise.

    • Eat foods that make you sad.
    • Walk daily, no excuses!
    • Replace the soda with water.
    • Do not eat past 8AM.
    • No nighttime snacking.

     And don't try any stupid "dieting pills" or anything like that. They just make your liver and kidneys fail.
