I notice a lot of new players asking to be volley.I wonder can something be design for players to post so that when players is about give someone a dv they can go to forum and select a active player to drop volley rather than a inactive who can't use the money..Maybe this can reduce the op noobs from posting on wc.And it's evidence that some players don't have time to explain to new players the perks of being volley..So if u are going to give a friend or someone a dv let it be a active player that u drop because they can use that money
