  1. As some of you know I went to basic, got in a car accident, broke my leg along with a couple ribs, and really messed up my eye.
    If not, surprise.

Anyway, I was cleared to exercise a week before ROTC started in college.
    That sucked. Why?
    I'm not on profile.
    What's that?
    An excuse.

My leg was broken and they're like, "Hey! Lets run six miles on Monday. AGR's woohoo."
    I'm like, "Yay."

    Our schedule:
    Monday-Runday
    Tuesday-Optional if not contracted
    Wednesday-Circuit/Bucket Training
    Thursday-Optional if not contracted
Friday-sports day or extra run day as needed

Anyway, the MS3's and MS4's had their PT test last Friday. So they had a lovely easy bucket training PT two days beforehand.

Lovely ole MS1's and MS2's get stuck with a PT after an ability group run.
    Monday FunDay RunDay.

    Oh YES, so fun.
Now all of us will bomb the PT test because off all of these hill sprints.

    OH, I'm so excited.

Anyway, you guys, what have I missed?

  2. Remember these wise words: you make the sandwich, the sandwich doesn't make you!!

  3. That helped me so much.

  4. <33 it inspires me

  5. You should be on profile recovery… how long you been off profile?

  6. Spitfire is a god

  7. Fur-Elise is a Genius

  8. I'm not on profile. I've been cleared to run for about a month and a half but I still always have that constant pain. It's just the pressure kills it going up and down hills.

Being the front road guard for the slowest group also doesn't enhance my ego much.

  9. You could always drink some concrete and harden the fuck up that's optional though

  10. I haven't thought about drinking concrete.

  11. You should prob be on physical therapy anyway

  12. I get it regularly checked out but I am cleared to run if I wear a brace and ankle support.

  13. Im a Sherman tank
