  8. Reese's Blast Cupcakes
    (Simple Version For Cooking Impaired)

    Cake:

    Mix:
1box of chocolate cake mix (any brand)
    1 cup of chocolate milk
1 stick of melted butter cooled
    4 eggs
    2 tablespoons of sour cream

    Stir in:
1 cup of Reese's Peanut Butter chips

Spoon mixture into a lined cupcake pan filling each cup half way.

    Bake 25-35 minutes. Cool completely.

    Frosting:

    Cream together:
    1 stick of softened butter
    1/2 cup Reese's peanut butter
    1/4 cup of milk

    Once mixture is smooth add:
2 pounds of powder sugar 1 cup at a time. (You may need more of less but you need to mix frosting until it has a stiff peak.)

    Decorate:
Spoon frosting into a ziplock bag squeezing out all access air before closing. Cut off 1 corner of bag and pipe frosting on a circular motion. Add a 1/2 Reese's to peak of frosting and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

  9. ️ been more busy with cooking then posting lately. Trying out to make the best sugarfree carrot banana bread I can. But still trying out different measurements and ingredients

    Sugarfree so it's kid friendly

    This one is good
    2 very ripe bananas?
300 gr of chopped or grated carrots
120 gr butter at room temp (can use coconut fat)
    3 eggs
    100 gr chopped wallnuts
    180 gr selfrising flour
    2 teaspoons of baking powder

Mix carrots and mashed bananas with the butter and eggs. Until it's a nice batter. (Can use a hand blender). Add the wallnuts, you can also add other ingredients like raisins, cranberries, chocolate, or what you like. If you add cocoa tho. Then add sugar too. Then sift the flour and baking powder and mix it through.

Preheat oven at 180 degrees centigrade.
And put batter into greased cake pan. Bake for about an hour until done.

    ️️ it's a good snack.
I tried weat flour and baking soda but that hasn't worked out for me yet.
