If you wanna think it means I want sympathy go ahead, frankly I was just stating to op that everyone who says they have or had cancer isn't lying. Apparently he thinks everyone who says they have some type of illness is lying which is completely false.
Not to mention he also thinks anyone who disagrees with him has either faked their death,or lied about being ill.

No I'm saying its ppl out there who survived it but you get ppl on here that lie about having it just to get a reaction or sympathy just to feel important that is a slap in the face to every cancer survivor

Follow it's only offensive if someone gets offended over it, and frankly anything that happens on this game or any other game I couldn't give a crap about, let them lie in the end it's just a damn game!
