It has come to my attention I have a bit of a problem, an "obsession" if you will. You see, I love movies. I watch three to five a week and on long weekends... I easily watch four in a row. My favorite? Horror. Any type of horror. But I'll watch anything that isn't romance. So I think I will put my "obsession" to use and review some movies for you guys . I'll do one or two a week. This weekend I plan to watch: • V/H/S •V/H/S/2 •Hobo With a Shotgun •This is the End --- Please comment if you would enjoy this and/or movies you would like me to review. ***Note: Also include if this is a movie available on Netflix, iTunes, YouTube, etc. Kbye, Foxaii
I can do Insidious 2 soon, I saw it the other week and if The Conjuring is under $3 to rent on YouTube or iTunes I'll do that one as well
Theres this website where you can stream any movie you can think of, should try finding it. This is the End sucked btw.
I love horror movies too, but don't really have any good ones to add ? seen too many really bad ones lately ?
I love gore This is the end indeed sucked >.> And I will not be using any streaming sites as my laptop crashed last week.
Lol I would recommend movies but I hate horror. I get scared easily, and nauseated at the sight of blood or gore or even hearing about diseases and stuff in health. So, er, wasn't there some movie called The Purge that everyone was obsessed with? Yeah. Watch that.
Conjuring was good. Not "OMFG I THINK I JUST WILLIAM SHAT MYSELF" scary, but it's still good. Compared to other horror movies, it was gold.
Didn't mean to do that... Uh, I'll do movies other than horror, just don't expect a lot of praise about musicals and romances.
I loved Rush. It was a bit slow at the beginning and the skin graft scene was uh... interesting but it's a good movie. Not horror but hey! Awesome movie. For a netflix movie, I also liked Faces in the Crowd. Its a thriller movie.
Okay lol. Then you should watch all of the Mission Impossible movies on Netflix because they're really plot twisty and mindblowing and I just
This is the End Rating: R Genre: Comedy ***WARNING: This review may contain spoilers, if you are wanting a spoiler-free version please let me know and I will post one for you. First Impression: When I saw the cast list, I mentally fist bumped myself for knowing a majority of the cast by name. Also, my friends had told me that the movie was funny, a little crude and perverted. I managed to forget most of my friends are male college students when taking this in. Good Points: Emma Watson was in it. Emma Watson stole all the alcohol. The directors managed to keep a light air about the entire ordeal, maintaining the comedic idea behind it while including a few jumpscares to make sure one didn't get too comfortable. Did I mention Emma Watson kicks ass in it? Oh, and then there's Michael Cera, but he manages dies early on . Low Points: The cast gave off a sort of Valentine's Day-ish vibe. By that I mean the group looked great together on the credits, but on screen it was... a bit of a mess. I understand this might be a bit satirical towards the Hollywood lifestyle, but the drug usage was more than a bit excessive. Lastly, the special effects made homemade movies look good. Whether this was purposeful or not, I was beyond unimpressed and over the below Scary Movie series quality of them. Overall: 4.5/10; this is a good "bro" movie, for lack of better terms. It has the man parts references, someone getting sexually assaulted by a demon (which I didn't find necessary) and the ever present drug scene thing going on. I will give the directors and screenwriters credit for putting a new spin on the post apocalyptic scenario which is getting more and more popular these days. --- Next up: V/H/S Seeya guys soon, Foxaii
I'm not doing V/H/S/2 quite yet. It was on my iTunes account as a rental but someone decided to watch it off my laptop then tell me later.
