Heeeey! So, do you remember meh? Anyway, welcome this weeks challenge! If you have no flick-flackin idea what I'm talking about, I'm making a series of threads, one every week with a different challenge. A healthy challenge! Speaking of challenges, have any of you tried the eraser challenge? DONT!!! It flickin hurts! Anyways..... If you remember, last weeks challenge was to drink 16 ounces of water every morning as soon as you wake up. This weeks challenge might be a little harder though! So the challenge for this week is to EAT THE RAINBOW!!! More specifically, eat one food of a color I the rainbow every day. For example.... Monday: Apple! Tuesday: Orange! Wednesday: Spaghetti Squash! Thursday: Bell Pepper! Friday: Blueberries! Saturday: Grapes! Sunday: Purple Cabbage! There are TONS of other foods to choose from, that's just an example. And don't cheat and be eating unhealthy rainbows! (That unfortunately means no skittles!) The reason this is good for you is because fruits and vegetables that are different colors also have different vitamins in them! For example, if you eat a tomato on Monday, you're getting lycopene. If you eat an orange on Tuesday, you're getting vitamin C, and so on. If you have any questions at all, just ask! ~Marshmallow
