Ok, this post is about the badger cull, I am a vet, and I have several reasons why I believe it is wrong, and this post is to see what other people think... FIRST REASON: 2 days in a row we have had badgers who have been shot, in the leg, in the stomach, everywhere except where the killing would be humane and quick (for example, the head, the heart) we have had a new record of 70 badgers found on roads and paths tht are injured and in serious pain, and not humanely killed. REASON 2: There is not a lot if evidence of the badgers passing on the TB, more likely it is probable that the cows are passing on TB to the badgers, through food and faeces ext. REASON 3: This next reason is what we all learn in school, the food web/chains, the more badgers we kill, and I'm not saying cull in case that makes it sound any better, the more other species will grow, the more animals will adapt, and badgers will not be able to survive in this world, they will become extinct. REASON 4: Animal welfare, inhumane killings, animal welfare. These are my reasons why I believe that the killing of badgers is inhumane, and intolerable, please comment if you agree/disagree, let's have a conversation
