Bower vs. Baker and Mckenzie

  1. I was curious as to whether this case went to the Supreme Court.

    I know I can get this off the Internet, but I can't really find anything on whether is was Supreme or not, just on who won.

    By the way, if you don't know what I'm talking about, its a the case that "Philidalphia" was loosely based on.

    If you can send me links or something, I would really greatly appreciate it.

  6. Elizabeth, I'm going to look into this for you as I have access to law databases. What other information would you like regarding this? Case no.? Or justices' individual rulings if I can find them?
